Product Description

The Denver HSC-5003 security camera is a surveillance camera that works automatically via motion detection (up to 25 meter detection distance). It can be triggered by any movement in a certain Region Of Interest (ROI) monitored by a sensitive Passive Infrared (PIR) motion sensor. On detection of movement it then automatically captures high quality pictures (up to 12M pixels) or records up to 1080p HD video.

From sunrise the unit takes colour photos and video until there is insufficient light (dusk) when it automatically switches over to its infra-red night vision using 36 LEDs to ensure you still get great shots or video even at night with little to no light.

It is easy to use with a 2 inch colour LCD display on the camera. Its water and snow resistant for outside use too with an IP54 rating.

The camera takes 4 or 8 * AA sized batteries to power itself and these can last up to 6 months if the camera stays in standby. The camera has an SD card slot and this can take up to 32GB memory card for photo and video storage. There is also the option of using a mains power cable too (not included).

On motion detection you can set the camera to record just video or take still photos or take both photos & video. When taking photos you can set the camera to take a burst of photos of up to 9 shots too.

It’s possible to set a delay on the PIR motion detector so that once it has detected movement it is no longer active for a specified period to ensure that it isn’t permanently being set off by a single animal pr person. With a built in timer too it means you can set the camera to only be active during a certain period of the day as well.

Password protection means only you can access your camera.
