Easter is one of our most favourite times of the year here at 3wisemonkeys. The countryside is blooming, the weather’s picking up, our wildlife friends are frolicking in the sun and we get a nice long break to spend with friends and family. With all that time off and the inevitable splurge on everything chocolate that ensues, we’re planning our Easter Sunday afternoon and Bank Holiday Monday activities already. For the more easy-going exercisers amongst us
We’re going to ease in to our activities with nice long walks out in the Chilterns with our dogs, Biggie, Lollie and Paddy. We love to head off to Ivenhoe Beacon, park the car and take the walk around the wheat fields, up past the sheep (with the dogs on the lead) and on to the peak. We sit a for a well-deserved rest and to take in the view out across the Dunstable Downs and over to the huge chalk White Lion on the hill by ZSL Whipsnade Zoo. Heaven. We always pop on our fitnessbands before we head off: we want to bask in the glory of our step achievements afterwards!
