Record Store Day is back tomorrow, Saturday 21st April! We’ve been closely following the resurgence of all things vinyl and love to check in on the ‘RSD’ news, charts and events happening in record stores around the UK. It’s the one day of the year when over 200 independent record shops come together to celebrate the vinyl culture and common love of records and great music. Special vinyl releases are created especially and lots of shops and whole cities get involved with artists performing and events hosted to celebrate the day. What’s great is that the RSD team are promoting the record medium, celebrating independent record stores, new releases, events and news all year round; keeping us all up to date on all things vinyl. We’ll be spinning one of the Record Store Day’s Top 10 records this weekend on our VPL-120 retro turntable: the new Kylie album, “Golden”. Yes, it’s a little bit country, but we like it. Do you?
